Antoinette Favre Bonvin, Art-Therapist and Visual Artist in Paris

Born in New York in 1975, Antoinette Favre Bonvin is an art therapist and visual artist who has lived in Paris since 2001.

Born into an immigrant family, Antoinette grew up in NYC. As a young adult, she discovered that drawing is a form of expression unlike any other. After assisting an artist on the West Coast, she decided to pursue a degree in fine arts.

In 2001, Antoinette moved to Paris where she taught English, learned French and painted. Continuing to create, while raising her family, she pursued continuing education at the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, as well as local workshops. Teaching English through art classes for children, she found herself inspired to pursue a degree in art therapy, a discipline she had discovered 20 years earlier. Antoinette graduated from L'Atelier Les Pinceaux in Paris in 2015.

Antoinette works as an art therapist and visual artist in Paris and the Île-de-France region.
